In-Person Services:

One-to-One Sessions: Personalized sessions with the Dog and the Client on an hourly basis.

Group Classes/Courses: Structured classes or courses with multiple clients and their dogs, focusing on specific training and behavioural goals.
Online Services:

One-to-One Sessions: Personalized virtual sessions with the Dog and the Client on an hourly basis, conducted via video conferencing.

Group Seminars: Interactive online seminars covering various topics in dog training and behavioural modification, designed for multiple participants.

Online Courses: Comprehensive online courses available for self-paced learning, including video lessons, written materials, and practical exercises.
Support:

One to One Clients: Continual Online/WhatsApp support as needed within the validity of their package. Replies can be expected within working hours of 9 am-5 pm, excluding public holidays, with best effort given for replies at all times.

All Clients: Private Facebook group "Pawsitive Training Hub: Unleashing Better Behaviour" gives access to the Noble Canine Team, as well as other clients. In this group support can be given to all via feedback to questions, pictures and videos with regards to dog behaviour and training.
Legal Terms & Conditions
Upon accepting a quotation, making a payment, or continuing to work with Noble Canine, Client's agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms: Payment for the session/package is due before the initial consultation, one-to-one session, first session of the package, or the group class.
2. Session Booking: Booking for sessions opens exactly 10 days in advance, to the hour. Sessions will be unavailable (greyed out) on the booking calendar before this period.
3. Booking Approval / Session Confirmation: Session bookings are contingent upon prior payment of the quoted invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being counted as completed without refund.
5. Session Validity and Non-Refundability: All sessions, classes, and courses are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated on the service or package. Expired or unused sessions are non-refundable. This includes any sessions not utilized within the validity period or those remaining after the termination of services.
6. Results-Driven Approach: Noble Canine operates one-to-one sessions on a results-driven timeline. Regular updates, videos, and feedback are crucial for effective communication and progress tracking.
7. No Guarantee Clause: Engagement with a dog behavioural consultant and trainer does not guarantee results. Success depends on the Client's commitment and adherence to advised procedures.
8. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about their dog, following safety guidelines, and ensuring their dog is healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations.
9. Liability Waiver: The Client waives any claims against Noble Canine (Noble Life Pte Ltd, Reg 201821405W) and its affiliates for injuries or damages caused by any dog during training or related activities.
10. Right to Discontinue Service: Noble Canine may cease services if the Client disregards guidelines or compromises safety. Termination of services will not warrant a refund unless deemed reasonable by Noble Canine management.
11. Social Media Clause: By engaging Noble Canine's services, the Client agrees to allow Noble Canine to use any pictures or videos taken during sessions, classes, or courses for marketing and social media purposes. If the Client wishes their image not to be used, they must specify this in writing.
12. Privacy Policy: Noble Canine complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing dog training and behavioural rehabilitation services.
13. Intellectual Property: All training materials, methods, and content provided by Noble Canine are proprietary and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from Noble Canine.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
15. Force Majeure: Noble Canine shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Noble Canine, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen event.
16. Amendments: Noble Canine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
